Mike Crewe-Browne has arranged for us to visit the Agricultural Reseach Council’s Vegetable Institute which conducts research on commercial and indigenous vegetables such as amaranthus, cassava, plectranthus, Zulu round potato, pigeon peas, cowpeas and bambara.
